Team Management
Adding & Removing Team Members
Admins can add or remove team members via the Organization Settings page. To add a new member, navigate to Settings > Members.
From there, click the Add Member button and fill out their name, email, and select their role in the window that appears. They will receive an email informing them that their Prescient account has been added to your organization and prompting them to create a password if necessary.
Adding People to Multiple Organizations
Users can be members of multiple organizations within Prescient. To add a team member to another organization, navigate to that organization's settings and add them using the email they already used to set up their Prescient account.
Switching Between Different Organizations
Prescient users who are members of multiple organizations can switch between them by clicking on the organization logo in the navbar at the top of the page. If they belong to multiple organizations, a window will appear allowing them to select which organization they want to access..
Billing & Subscription Management
Viewing Invoices & Subscription Plans
Admins can view and manage invoices under Settings > Billing, then access Stripe to view and update their billing details.
Once in Stripe, you can:
- Update your payment method and other billing details
- View and download all previous invoices
- Update or cancel your Prescient subscription
WarningStripe is primarily used for processing payments. For any contract-specific details, refer to your original Prescient contract or reach out to your CSM.
Profile & Account Management
Editing Personal Info
You can update your profile picture, name, and email via the Organization Settings page. To update details, navigate to Settings > Members.
Click the pencil icon next to your name, modify the details in the window that appears, and click Save Changes. Any changes made here will apply across all organizations the user is a part of.
WarningAdmins can update user details for any member of their organization.
Password Resets
If you need to reset your password, you can do so via the login page by selecting Forgot Password. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. Admins cannot reset passwords on behalf of team members for security reasons.
