- To connect Criteo to Fivetran, you need a Criteo account (Partner Login is not supported).
- Log in to your Criteo account.
- Navigate to the MyApps page within Criteo.
- Click
Create a new app in the upper right-hand corner of the page. This will open the App details page.
- Enter a name for the app (e.g.,
Prescient Access).
- You do not need to enter a description or upload an image.
- Click
Next. This will bring up the Authentication Methods page.
- Select Client Credentials on the Authentication Methods page.
- Click
Create. This will bring up the Service page.
- On the Service page, select the Criteo product that you use. We recommend selecting
C-Growth and Marketing Solutions.
- Click
Next. This will bring up the Authorizations page.
- On the Authorizations page, grant the following permissions:

Read
- Audiences:
Read
- Campaigns:
Read
- Catalog:
Manage
- Creatives:
Manage
- Once you’ve selected the permissions above, click
Activate app. This will bring you to the Application Details screen.
- On the Application Details page, click
Create new key.
- This will automatically download the details you need. Make sure you save the Client ID and Secret for later use.
- While still on the Application Details page, click
Create new consent URL.
- Copy the URL that appears, open a new browser tab, and paste the URL. This will open the Access request page.
- On the Access request page, scroll down to the Portfolio access section and select all relevant portfolios. If you’re unsure which portfolios are relevant, we recommend selecting all available portfolios.
- Click
Approve. This will bring up the Consent dashboard. You can close the Consent dashboard tab.
- Return to Prescient and copy and paste the Client ID and Secret from the document you downloaded from Criteo into their respective fields.
- Click
Save & Test.
- After the connection tests run, you will be redirected back to Prescient, and your Criteo connector will be successfully added to your organization.
