Supported Ad Services
The Amazon Ads connector supports the following services:
- Sponsored Brands (V2 & V3)
- Sponsored Display
- Sponsored Products
Historical Sync Limits
Amazon Ads connectors have a maximum historical sync limit set by Amazon.
This limit varies by ad type, but Prescient will only be able to access data up to the maximum limit upon the creation of the connector. After connecting, Prescient will store that data for you and persist it over time.
Here are the limitations for each ad type:
| Ad Type | Historical Sync Limit |
|---|---|
| Sponsored Products | 95 days |
| Sponsored Display | 60 days |
| Sponsored Brands V2 | 60 days |
| Sponsored Brands V3 | 95 days |
Will Amazon Prime Video ads appear automatically via our Amazon Ads integration?
No. Prime Video ads (Sponsored TV) are not included in the standard Amazon Ads API. Fivetran doesn’t ingest that data, so you’d need a manual feed (e.g., a spreadsheet) if you want the model to include Prime Video ad performance.
