Prerequisites

To connect your Shopify account to Fivetran, you need:

• Access to a Shopify account
• A shop and shop name
• Authenticated access scopes for Shopify's Admin API. For more information, see Shopify's documentation.

Setup Instructions

1. Enter your Shop name.
   1. You can find your shop name immediately before .myshopify.com in your Shopify URL. For example, if your URL is shopname.myshopify.com, then your shop name is shopname.
2. Click Authorize. You will be redirected to Shopify's login page.
3. Log in to your Shopify account. You will be redirected to the Shopify admin UI, which will prompt you to install the Fivetran app.
4. Click Install unlisted app. This will install the Fivetran app with the required access scopes. You will be redirected to the Fivetran connector setup form. The Authentication Succeeded text displayed beside the Re-Authorize Connection button means the installation has succeeded.
5. Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Shopify account.

Additional Details

Are we able to support TikTok Shop?

If your TikTok Shop is set up through Shopify and sales flow through your Shopify store, we will automatically include those orders in our modeling. If you have any questions or would like confirmation, please reach out to your CSM.

Please note that we do not currently support viewing TikTok Shop sales as a separate sales channel.
