Name & Logo Settings
You can change your organization's display name and logo via the organization's settings page, accessible by clicking the gear icon in the navbar.
Amazon Availability
Amazon revenue modeling requires a connected Amazon Selling Partner or Amazon Vendor Central connector. Attributed revenue for Amazon Ads requires Amazon revenue modeling, but you do not need to have an Amazon Ads connector set up to receive Amazon revenue modeling.
Revenue Sources Used
The primary revenue source used for modeling will, unless specified otherwise, always default to Shopify if connected. If Shopify is not connected, any other connected revenue channels (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) will be used. If no primary revenue sources are connected, reported revenue from your connected Google Analytics account will be used.
Beta Feature Testing
Prescient continuously tests new features, improves existing ones, and explores new visualizations and tools. We will always ask for your approval before enabling beta features for your organization. You will never be included in a beta test without prior notification, and you can opt out of beta features at any time. To be notified when features you're interested in become available for beta testing, reach out to your CSM.
Notification Preferences
Broken Connector Notifications
By default, all admins within your organization will receive an email notification when a connector breaks, indicating an issue retrieving data necessary for modeling. You can turn these notifications off via the User Settings menu, accessible by clicking your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and selecting Manage account.
Cookies
You can control what cookies are used by Prescient via the User Settings menu, accessible by clicking your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and selecting Manage account.
