How to Get Support
- Reach out to your CSM: Your CSM is your first point of contact and can help answer your questions or guide you through troubleshooting.
- Don’t know who your CSM is? If you’re unsure who to reach out to, contact our support team at [email protected].
Response Time Expectations (SLA)
- CSM Response Time: Within 24-48 business hours.
- Email Support Response Time: Expect longer response times if reaching out via email instead of your CSM.
For the quickest resolution, always start by contacting your CSM. They are best equipped to assist you or escalate your request if needed.
