The Trade Desk
Setting Up Your The Trade Desk Data Feed with Prescient
To enable your TTD campaign data to flow into Prescient for MMM analysis, there are two required steps. Follow the instructions below to complete setup.
Step 1: Request the Access Letter via Your TTD Account Manager
The Trade Desk requires a signed Access Letter before they can share any data with a third party like Prescient.
This is an internal TTD process and cannot be initiated by Prescient AI.
Who Needs to Sign?
| Your Situation | Access Letter Required? | Who Signs |
|---|---|---|
| Brand/advertiser working with Prescient as MMM provider | Yes | You (the advertiser/brand) |
| Agency using Prescient to model data for a brand client | Yes | The brand |
| Agency modeling only in-house data | No | N/A |
What to Do
Contact your TTD Account Manager and request to authorize Prescient.
You can use the following language:
"We'd like to authorize Prescient AI to receive our MMM data feed through The Trade Desk's data partnership program. Can you kick off the Access Letter process on our behalf?"
Also, be sure to request for your campaign history to be included in the data that will be provided
What Happens Next
- Your TTD team will handle the paperwork internally
- Once completed, they will submit a ticket to configure the data feed
- The data feed typically begins populating within 1–2 business days
Important: Data cannot be retrieved until the Access Letter is signed. Please prioritize this step to avoid delays.
Note for Agencies
If you manage multiple advertisers, the Access Letter can be scoped to specific advertisers.
You do not need to grant access to your entire book of business.
Step 2: Share Your Partner ID and Advertiser ID(s) with Prescient
To correctly identify your data, Prescient requires:
- TTD Partner ID
- TTD Advertiser ID(s)
These IDs are used to map your data correctly within Prescient’s system.
How to Find These IDs
Your TTD Account Manager or Client Services team can provide them.
You can ask:
"Can you share our Partner ID and the Advertiser ID(s) for [account name(s)]? We need to provide these to Prescient AI as part of the integration setup."
Next Step
Once you have the IDs, send them to your Prescient point of contact.
Summary Checklist
- Confirm whether an Access Letter is required
- Contact your TTD Account Manager to initiate the Access Letter process
- Confirm which Advertiser ID(s) should be included
- Share your Partner ID and Advertiser ID(s) with Prescient
If you have any questions or run into issues on the TTD side, please reach out — we’re happy to help coordinate.
