Shopify

Prerequisites

• An active Shopify store (store cannot be frozen, paused, or locked)
• A Shopify Admin user with permission to create/manage apps
• Ability to install a custom app in Shopify Admin

Step 1: Start the Prescient Shopify Integration

1. Log into the Prescient platform.
2. Navigate to the Connectors section.
3. Select Shopify from the list of available connectors.
4. Click Connect on Shopify.

You will be redirected to Shopify to authorize the Prescient application.

Step 2: Install the Shopify Prescient App

1. Click the "Install Application" button

2. If you are not already logged in, Shopify will prompt you to log in to your store.

3. Review the permissions requested by the Prescient integration.

   These permissions are required to securely read your store’s order data.

4. Click Install app to approve access.

Once installed, Prescient will automatically receive a secure access token and the user will be redirected back to Shopify connector page.

No manual token generation or credential sharing is required.

Step 3: Authorize Prescient AI

1. Click "Authorize Prescient AI" button
2. User will be redirected to Shopify for Prescient AI account access approval
3. Agree to approval and user will be redirected back to Shopify connector page

Step 4: Integration Complete

Click "Save & Test"
