Prerequisites

To connect DoorDash Ads to Prescient, you must be a DoorDash Ads advertiser with API reporting access enabled.

DoorDash Ads API access is currently intended for CPG advertisers. If you are unsure whether your account is eligible, contact your DoorDash Sales representative.

Before creating the connector, make sure you have:

  • DoorDash Ads API credentials
  • Your DoorDash Advertiser ID
  • Access to the DoorDash advertiser account you want Prescient to ingest

DoorDash creates and shares API credentials after the advertiser requests API access. Credentials are typically sent to the advertiser's point of contact or to Prescient through a secure 1Password link.


Setup Instructions

To connect DoorDash Ads to Prescient:

  1. In Prescient, navigate to your organization's connectors page.
  2. Select the DoorDash Ads connector.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Enter the DoorDash Advertiser ID.
  5. Enter the API credentials provided by DoorDash.
  6. Click Save & Test.

Prescient will test the credentials and begin syncing DoorDash Ads reporting data once the connection is validated.


How to Get DoorDash Ads API Credentials

For existing DoorDash advertisers:

  1. Contact your DoorDash Sales representative.
  2. Ask to enable DoorDash Ads API reporting access for PrescientAI.
  3. DoorDash will create the API credentials.
  4. DoorDash will send the credentials to the designated advertiser contact or to Prescient through a secure 1Password link.
  5. Prescient will complete the connector setup once the credentials are available.

For new DoorDash advertisers:

  1. Request onboarding through DoorDash's advertiser onboarding process.
  2. When PrescientAI is available as an API partner, select PrescientAI as your preferred partner.
  3. DoorDash will create and share the API credentials.
  4. Prescient will connect directly with you once the token is set up.

Additional Details

DoorDash's Ads API supports campaign management and reporting operations, including report creation, report downloads, and report status checks. DoorDash reports are available within a three-year rolling window.
