TikTok Shop Integration

Prerequisites

Before connecting TikTok Shop to Prescient, make sure you have:

An active TikTok Shop Seller Center account
Login credentials for the TikTok Shop account you want to connect (Seller Center admin or owner access)
Access to your organization's Prescient account

Step 1: Start the Prescient TikTok Shop Integration

Log into the Prescient platform.
Navigate to the Data Center.
On the Outcome Metrics step, find TikTok Shop and click Connect.
In the setup window, click Connect with TikTok Shop.

You will be redirected to TikTok Shop to install and authorize the Prescient application.

Note: If you are not already logged in, TikTok Shop will prompt you to log in to your Seller Center account.

Step 2: Install the Prescient App

Confirm the Authorized shop is the shop you want to connect to Prescient.
Leave Duration of partner access set to Unlimited.

Important: If a shorter duration is selected, Prescient's access will expire and the connector will stop syncing.

Enter Your contact email address. The contact telephone number is optional.
Click Confirm to install.

Step 3: Authorize Prescient AI

Confirm the Target shop is correct.
Review the permissions requested by Prescient:
- Order Information
- Finance Information
- Global Product Information
- Global Shop Information
- Shop Authorized Information
- TikTok Shop Analytics

These permissions are required to securely read your shop's order and sales data.

Scroll to the bottom and check the acknowledgement box.
Click Authorize.

Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Prescient automatically.

Note: No manual token generation or credential sharing is required.

Step 4: Integration Complete

TikTok Shop will show as Connected on the Outcome Metrics step.

Click Continue to Advertising to connect your remaining channels.

Prescient will automatically begin importing your available historical TikTok Shop data.

FAQ

Why can't I click Authorize?

You need to check the acknowledgement box at the bottom of the Authorize page first.

How do I reconnect TikTok Shop if it disconnects?

In the Data Center, click the three dots on the TikTok Shop connector, select Edit, and follow the steps above to re-authorize.

How do I stop sharing TikTok Shop data with Prescient?

In TikTok Shop Seller Center, go to Apps & services > App store > My apps and incidents and remove Prescient AI.

Please let your Prescient team know first, as this will stop your TikTok Shop data from syncing.

How much TikTok Shop history is needed for modeling?

Prescient needs about one year of consistent TikTok Shop revenue to model it. If your shop is newer, connect it anyway so data can accumulate, and your Prescient team will advise on timing.
